Alkes shares what he's learned since adopting his 7 year old daughter from Russia in 1996 and running an adoption agency since 2000. He talks about building trust and connection to help adoptees realise their potential. There's also more about the great free App he's created to help and support adoptive parents
Alkes is the Chief Executive of Compassion for Orphans and is responsible for the management and oversight of day to day operations, service delivery, and the support and guidance for applicants through the adoption programme.
