Here's more about today's guests from their website:
My name is Cosette Eisenhauer. I am a 21-year-old transracial adoptee from Guangdong, China. I am going into my senior year at the University of Texas in Arlington. I am studying Social Work and my hope is to work with adoption and foster care or work in the legislative area to help pass and create new laws that might help adoptees, while still advocating for adoptees. My mom and dad are both Caucasian and I have a younger brother who is adopted from Dalian, China. I am also engaged right now and actively planning a wedding! (Lol fun times)
I'm Zoe (she/her) and I am a 22-year-old transracial adoptee from China! I am a senior in college in Ohio and I am studying psychology, math and Chinese. I just finished my year-long research project for my senior year regarding adoption, and hope to do adoption-related work post-college (among some other fun things!). You can find my work at www.overlookedadoptees.org. I also worked on some adoption-related projects in the summer of 2022. I have a single mom and a younger sister who is also adopted.
